Mi Abuelo’s Rewards

It’s simple. Once you enroll in the Mi Abuelo’s Rewards program you automatically start earning points for eligible transactions made at all Abuelo’s Restaurants. As a Mi Abuelo’s Rewards member you’ll have the opportunity to take advantage of great rewards, exclusive offers and other benefits once you complete your registration.

You can sign up for our Mi Abuelo’s Rewards program by registering on the Abuelo’s website or on our Abuelo’s app available in the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once you’ve completed signing up, you will receive a welcome email with a special offer and your membership number.

Mi Abuelo’s Rewards is free to join!

You’ll earn 1 point for each $1.00 spent on food and beverages (excluding tax and gratuities and after applying any discounts or coupons) at Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurants. When you check out when dining with us, be sure to give your Mi Abuelo’s Rewards Member ID or your phone number to your server. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for your points to appear in your account following the transaction.
Points may not be earned on amounts associated with taxes and gratuities.
Points will not accrue for the purchase of a gift card but will accrue when the gift card is redeemed.
Points may be earned for dine-in, take out or catering orders only.
Points will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar of the purchase. For example, a $10.49 purchase will round down to 10 points while a $12.50 purchase will round up to 13 points.
On a purchase with a discount, points will be earned on the net discounted amount of the purchase.

To download the new version of the Abuelo’s app, visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Once you are in the appropriate app store for your device, you will see either option: it will say “get” if you haven’t downloaded the Abuelo’s before or it will say “update” if you have downloaded the Abuelo’s app before. Click the option you see and the app will download to your device.

Do not be alarmed if you receive this error message and have a current Mi Abuelo’s Rewards account with us.

This is for security purposes. If you receive this error message, you need to reset the password on your account. After you reset your password, try logging into the app again. If you continue to experience issues after resetting your password, please send an email to info@abuelos.com.

You can check in on the Abuelo’s app and give your server your 4-digit check in number and your points will automatically be applied. Or when paying, just give your server your membership number or your telephone number to earn your points.

As soon as your account is registered you can start earning points each time you dine with us. As a bonus for joining Mi Abuelo’s Rewards, you’ll receive an email from us approximately 48 hours after joining with your membership number and an offer for a free appetizer with the purchase of an entrée.

You’ll receive special rewards when you hit certain point levels, such as 100 points, 300 points and 500 points, including free appetizers, free entrées and more. We’ll also send you a special offer for your birthday and surprise offers throughout the year.

You can manage your account through the Abuelo’s app or login to our website to view your account information.

You can simply show the email to your server on your phone or redeem it from the Abuelo’s app.

Your points will show up in your account no more than 48 hours after you’ve completed any eligible Abuelo’s transaction.

If your phone number or email address changes, be sure to update your profile on the Abuelo’s app or  by logging into the Mi Abuelo’s Rewards page on our website to update your profile.

The Mi Abuelo’s Rewards program (the “Program”) is a promotional program that is offered as a benefit for Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant’s guests, subject to the following terms and conditions. The Program is sponsored by Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurants.
Abuelo’s may change the Program Terms and Conditions from time to time with or without notice to you, including the number of points required to obtain any particular reward, by posting a revised version of the Terms and Conditions on this website. Any changes will be effective prospectively as of the date noted when the updated Terms and Conditions are posted. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions from time to time to be aware of any such changes. Abuelo’s reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke membership or the right to participate in the Program with respect to any person for any reason whatsoever, in Abuelo’s sole discretion. Abuelo’s also reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time without notice.

All rewards offers include limited time periods for you to redeem the rewards offer.

Abuelo’s reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time.

Marketing Communications:

By enrolling in the Program, you authorize Abuelo’s, our subsidiaries and affiliates, and our third-party contractors engaged in connection with the Program, to contact you regarding the Program, including periodic updates about the Program and other Abuelo’s announcements and promotions, via e-mail. You may opt out of receiving such materials or messages by emailing us. If you opt out, you authorize Abuelo’s, our subsidiaries and affiliates, and our third-party contractors to send you an email confirming your opt out.

Privacy:

By enrolling in the Program, you authorize Abuelo’s, our subsidiaries and affiliates, and our third-party contractors engaged in connection with the Program to share information about you and your Program account among such entities (but not with any other third parties) as necessary to effect, administer, enforce, service and fulfill the Program. Any personal information collected about you through this website is subject to our privacy policy, available here.

Due to adding “surprise and delight” emails into our Mi Abuelo’s Reward program, our guests will receive more monthly specials and offers via Mi Abuelo’s Rewards. The surprise and delight emails will give our guests more opportunities to use offers each month. Each guest will receive $25 off a $50 purchase for their 500-point reward as well.
