Yes! We want to assist in all requests, and review giveback opportunities that are not registered 501 (c) 3’s by a case-by-case basis.

Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the year with the exception of major holidays.

20% of sales will be given back to your organization. When the event concludes, the subtotal from each supporters check will be added together to get the total amount in event sales. (supporters total – sales tax = total event sales x 20% = money earned for your organization.

Supporter: an individual who dined and mentioned your organization or showed a flyer to their server to have a percentage of their ticket counted towards your cause.

Word of mouth, social media, and flyers! You will be provided a custom flyer pdf to do with as you please. Email, pass out, pin to your office bulletin board, etc. However, Abuelos does not allow soliciting on our property. We will also create an event via the locations Facebook page with details that you can share.

  2. If approved, we will send you an email to finalize a date and time frame for your event.
  3. Advertise!
  4. Receive money towards your cause.
