Each restaurant chooses an Xtraordinary Employee of the Year, who is rewarded with various prizes. Four regional winners and their spouses/guests receive a fabulous, all-expense paid trip to our Annual Awards Banquet, where the companywide Xtraordinary Employee of the Year is announced. The winner receives a crystal trophy and various prizes from James Young, the company’s founder and CEO, and Bob Lin, president.
