LUBBOCK, Texas – On Thursday, February 22, Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurants nationwide, excluding Oklahoma locations, will offer guests a selection of Premium Margaritas for just $6.95 in celebration of National Margarita Day. From open to close, guests can stop in to sip refreshing Margaritas at the bar or in the dining area with appetizers or a meal to commemorate this fun holiday.
“National Margarita Day is the perfect reason to come in and enjoy our top-notch Margaritas,” said Brian Bell, Vice President of Beverage for Abuelo’s. “The Margarita is one of the most common tequila-based cocktails in the U.S., and a frequently ordered drink at our restaurants, so we’re excited to offer our guests a great deal for this holiday.”
The Abuelo’s $6.95 Margarita special includes the 1800 Hand Shaken Margarita, Skinny Margarita, Cerveza Rita, Agave Margarita, Platinum Margarita and El Jefe Margarita. The El Jefe is made with Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila, Agavero Orange Liqueur, sweetened lime juice and fresh grilled orange slices.
