General Managers
Oversees all finances and operations of unit, responsible for
the development of management and staff, assures that restaurant meets all
needs and requirements from corporate office, oversees that restaurant
upholds service and product standards, and monitors compliance in all areas
of the restaurant.
Assistant General Managers
Coordinates activities and directs training and development
of Assistant Managers and all hourly team members, and ensures efficient and
profitable back-of-house operations.
Kitchen Managers
Oversees all back-of-house functions and employees in the
preparation of menu items.
Assistant Managers
Assists in management of front-of-house and/or back-of-house
operations of the restaurant.
